Customs & personal allowances
Invitees entering the highland interior after corridor clearance must observe the following personal allowances. Commercial imports require a separate Crown licence.

Why these exist
Specific, tedious limits are how recognised states behave at borders. Weymarck’s interior customs desk is small because volume is invitation-gated — not because the state is fictional.
